Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain During Periods

I have had abd pain for 3 months its worst when I m pmsing and on my cycle ! I had a ct scan with contrast the results was fine ! I had a endoscopy and no ulcers ! Can this pain be my uterus ? My hemoglobin is 9 I started taking Orion pills please help
