Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain While Suffering From UTI

This is regarding my mother. Name- Mrs. Nirmala Sharma, Age- 56 years. Diabetes - Admitted to the hospital in a small town in UP . Diagnosed with urinary tract infection. Sonography revealed swelling in one of the kidneys. Today at round 2200 LT, the diabetes was 375. Dialysis was done today. But no change in her condition. She is in severe pain and talking things which donot make sense.
