Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

I an a 38 yr old woman who underwent a partial hysterectomy about a yr ago . I recently visited my gyn with concerns about an abdominal pain I've been experiencing on the lower left side. I am scheduled for a sono, and pap in a few days . Additionally I have discovered post coital bleeding too. The blood appears old, but nonetheless... I am worried. Not quite sure where the blood could be coming from with my ovaries being the only parts I have left. Thanks !
