Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pains

Hi, I am really concerned that something may be seriously wrong with me, I have had abdominal pains for the past few weeks and I just thought it was period pains, it then started feeling like someone was stabbing me in my fallopian tubes, on top of that I now feel like my insides are swollen, my right side is the worst, it hurts to breath, sit up, lie down, I cannot really do much at all, can you help?
