Suggest Treatment For Severe Acid Reflux And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen

I have severe acid reflux. I take ranitidine (not sure that s spelled right), usually 2 and they seem to help. It usually hits all of a sudden, especially if I bend over. I don t really know how to explain it, it s more of a burning in my upper abdomen and sometines makes me feel nauseious. It is really more annoying than anything and I don t know if it s something I should be concerned about. Most of my family has acid reflux, dad and sons, but doesn t seem to be as bad as mine. I am constipated most of the time. Does this sound like something I should be concerned about?
