Suggest Treatment For Severe Acid Reflux

Hi, I m Vijay Mulchandani from Assam(INDIA), my wife of age 26 have a severe gas problem. The problem is so severe that until & unless taken to hospital she is not reliefed. Now she regurally taken antacid gel and roles-d. Please suggest a permanent solution.
