Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne And Low Grade Fever

I am 59 years old and for the last 3 days I ve been running a low grade fever (between 99.0 and 100.5) with aches-the fever comes on after I ve been up and moving. When I wake up I take my temp and it s usually between 97.5 and 97.7. I have no headache with this. My only other symptom is no appetite.
