Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne

Hello my name is Jeremy. Im 19 years old and I'm have problems with acne. After i graduated in 2009 my acne has gotten worse. Pimples and big bumps are coming on my face and i need to know how to get rid of them. In high school my face never broke out like this. Can you help me!
