Suggest Treatment For Severe Ankle Pain After Injury

I hurt my ankle while interval running, the pain is on the outside of left ankle, at and slightly above the bone and there is some swelling. Im having a lot of pain if I put weight on the ankle or especially trying to bend at foot at the ankle. What could I have hurt?
