Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety Along With Insomnia

we are in the process of buying a house. I think I have anxiety. I have trouble completing a yawn the more I move around it is better bothers me at night difficulty sleeping also have some wheezing which is clear when coughed up. I am 74 yrs old not overweight,, had this prob late 80,s walked and run some went away I think about my personal problems and I think that helps it come on. Have post nasal drip from time to time, and sneeze some.
