Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety, Tiredness, Sleeplessness And High Heart Rate

I've been on Rhythmol for about a year, severe anxiety, tiredness, sleeplessness, high heart rate just climbing a few step. Normal resting HR prior to being on Rythmol was 70-72, now it is 85-90. Climb the steps soars to 130 BPM. Take a shower 110 BPM. Had EKG/ECHO, blood work and all checks out okay. I think I did better taking Rythmol ONLY when I went into A-FIB. My quality of life has slid down hill fast. I think a lot of mine is diet connected.
