Suggest Treatment For Severe Asthma And Fever Post Sinus Surgery

My daughter has severe asthma is 2 weeks post op having tonsils and adenoids removed and sinus surgery she was diagnosed with the flu has had 4 doses.of 60mg tamiflu fever is still 102 and cough is getting no better I know of a couple cases in our area where children have had both flu amd strep should I be concerned
