Suggest Treatment For Severe Asthma With High Esonophil Counts

i have severe asthma that has gotten progressively worse. Diagnosed at 39, now 50. Went to Mayo and was also diag with Bronchiectasis and my esoinphils are at 60% whereas norm is 3% My pulm here is not suggesting anything other than new drugs. I had the Bronchial thermoplasty surgery as well 7/13. Where is the best hospital to go who can help me manage this?
