Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain Caused By An Injury

Hello,I injured my back on January 29, 2015 by falling down the stairs (wooden stairs) at home.I was taken to the ER and I was told that I had a L1 and possible L2 transverse process fractures. My left side of my back still hurts and I can t sit or walk for too long because my back starts hurting. It s been 8 weeks already since that happened and the pain is still there, not as intense as before but still hurts. I ve been off from work.
