Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain With History Of Scoliosis Surgery

Hi I had scoliosis surgery done in 1992 and have had severe back pain for the last 5 years. Was told by a regular MD 2 disks were crushed together. My rods go from my neck below my lower lumbar. Can only bend at the hips. My surgeon has retired and should I seek outside his organization for help?? I can not even hold up a job as of now. It hurts for 2 hours when I wake up and I am unemployed.
