Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

Hi I've been dealing with my back pain for years especially when I get up from my bed the pain is killing me. Right now I don't feel my back pain but the thing is when I'm sitting down my back is not sore but feel like a pack of ice cold is on my back. I feel the cold all over my back.
