Suggest Treatment For Severe Backache

I have been taking 8 mg of Suboxine twice a day for a couple of years now from my pain management dr. Well my last appointment the DEA did a raid on his office and now I m totally cut off! I have serious back problems, what do I do? I m feeling sick and in constant pain!
