Suggest Treatment For Severe Bladder Incontinence

I have severe bladder incontinence (changing Poise underwear three to five times a day). I have had a total hysterectomy, which my gynecologist stated that this operation might relieve the minor bladder incontinence I had at the time (wearing approximately 2 in 24 hours). However it has become continuously worse until my current state wearing diapers! I am 67 years old and am not good at making lifestyle changes. I will get an urge that is followed almost immediately by a complete bladder evacuation (not enough time to make it to the toilet even if I am already in the bathroom. Please help!
