Suggest Treatment For Severe Body Pain

i am in so much pain i can not function. my body burns from head to toe. Every bone muscle joint hurts. Feel weak heat radiates off of me that people get up and move. Losing weight so fast cant keep food down. Need help and cant get anything but go here go there and then no where. Knots in my neck two foot surgeries then broke ankle and destroyed foot surgeries, Tired weak dizzy
