Suggest Treatment For Severe Bronchitis And High BP

Hi, I'm Dave, 60 years old male with type 2 diabetes, I'm taking Actos 30mg and Januvia 100mg for the last 8 years. I'm also on Atacand 16mg. I for the past few days have cold followed by severe acute bronchitis which I have since childhood. I just checked my blood pressure is was 144/102. Please advise. Thanks
