Suggest Treatment For Severe Calf Muscle Pain With History Of Spinal Surgeries

I noticed that I have what seems to be calf muscle atrophy. I have had 8 spinal surgeries, including a 4 level (L2/3 through L5/S1 fusion. I have not been able to even cut my toenails on my foot, due to charlie horse like pain when I try to lift my leg. I am a 48 year old female and only weigh 140 lbs so I noticed it this morning after showering.
Can this be related to my surgery or should I be concerned. I no longer have my spinal surgeon to consult with, and knowone else wants to see me. I live in a very small city. I do know from my last CT scan, that 2 screws have moved.
