Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

Last night I had severe chest pain, then it felt like a sharp pain in my back behind my chest. My left arm felt crushed and I couldn t talk. I stayed as still as possible as I was alone. I somehow fell asleep and woke up feeling ok. It s night time again and my chest is hurting again. Could Inhave had a heart attack and be ok the next morning?
