Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation During Pregnancy

Hello , am 35 weeks pregnant, everything is going fine ! I usually don't force my self to poop it just comes naturally . Been good with diet . Anyway today when I was trying to go a second time it felt like I had to but nothing came out . I didn't want want to push cause I know that that cause lead to hemorrhoids , so after like 30 minutes I stopped trying but still felt like there was something coming out of my rear . I try cleaning or but there was nothing there . It just felt a little swollen and it don't know if that's ok or not , no bleeding no cramps it just feels like I have something stuck into rear !
