Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation In An Infant

My baby is 5 weeks old an will not poop. We have changed her formula 3 times an its okay at first then she goes right back to not wanting to poo. The dr thinks she has reflux. How do i make her poo? Ive tried an oz of prune juice an a oz of water an that was anout 2 hours ago.
