Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

Hello, my husband has been fighting something for almost 8-9 weeks now. He is coughing (horking), tired, throw up after coughing spells.. went to one doc, gave him a puffer, didn t help, went to another doc a few weeks later, got antibiotics, didn t help - now he is exhausted, has a headache, ache in the back of his neck into the head, exhausted, coughing and horking and still throwing up after coughing spells... what do we think it might be?
