Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

Very good morning Sir. Iam sp.saravanan from karaikudi. I had nearly two months severe cough . After eating onion it should be control. I feel very guilty for the countinue cough . I take so many cough syrup but it not control. Kindly help me sir.
