Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression And Anxiety

I am going off of effexor xr. Down to 37.5. Then I went off. Am experiencing severe depression, anxiety and crying all the time. I was prescribed adderall because I have sufferred from depression for a long time. Started in my early twenties. In my forties my mom was diagnosed with stage ovarian cancer. I went into a major depression: not eating, not sleeping, diarrhea and anxiety. Tried every anti-depressant and nothing worked for me. Some physical symptons disappeared by the depression and anxiety and I.B.S. remained. Have suffered for along time. So I am put om adderall, just started. Firsat tried dexedrine 15mg. twice daily. Some improvement but wore off fast. I am going off of effexor xr and having the symptons I mentioned. I feel like I am going crazy. Are effexor xr symptoms this bad. Thank you. Michele
