Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression

i was on cymbalta 60mg and ability. I decided to come off the ability and had withdrawals 2 months..sick to my stomach. Then came off cymbalta to now 40 mg celexa. I cry all the time...scared im sick with something??? and dont like to be alone. Is celexa not strong enough after the 2 bid guns i was taking and doing fine...just wanted to come off heavy stuff. I have no FM, so pain is not an issue. Everything frightens me. Do I need to try Cymbalta again...really dont want to go back to the abilify. YYYY@YYYY
