Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression

I recently got discharged from my suboxone dr. because they felt I was mentally unstable as in crying a lot stuff like that. I was on 3 a day plus 3 1mg klonopin can they just cut you all at once? I mean I went and was hospitalized for 2 days then was released I was not prescribed anything on the count of not having insurance I have depression yes but I cant afford Effexor without insurance I just need to find a new doctor to get my suboxone back... im in worse shape now than then..
