Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea And Sore Gluteal Cleft

My 76 year old mother had a bad case of diarrhea which ... long story... led to a sore in her gluteal cleft and it is getting bigger and developing a hole. Treatment suggestions? She is in a nursing home and they ve tried 3 different meds. It s not getting better.
