Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea Caused By Milk Of Magnesium Intake

Hello, I came down with a flu and then started taking milk of magnesium to act as a pepto-bismol. I now realize that they are opposite types of medication to say the least. I believe my flu has passed however I have pretty bad diarrhea. If I drink anything it only takes a few minutes to make its way out. What can I do to flush the milk of magnesium? It been about 24 hours since I last took it. But I took it every few hours for three days. Please help.
