Suggest Treatment For Severe Dry Mouth And Sharp Pains Inside Neck

My voice is very hoarse for about 3 weeks now and almost can t talk at all... Have had some sharp pains in the side of my neck and a severe dry mouth.. Am wondering what is going on.. Sometimes it feels like something is in my throat. Like when I swallow pills/ my medicine, But not all the time it feels that way
