Suggest Treatment For Severe Dyskaryosis,colposcopy And Bacterial Vaginosis

hi,i am 32 with 4 children i went for a smear about a month ago and i got my results and it says i have severe dyskaryosis i have got a colposcopy booked at the end of the month, i am a bit worried of the outcome of this an the likelyhood that i have cancer as i have all the symptoms and my last smear was about 5 years ago which i think was abnormal. i also received another letter saying i had bacterial vaginosis would this interfere with any of the results of my smear ?
