Suggest Treatment For Severe Dysmenorrhea

Hie, i have suffered from severe dsymenorrhea since i was about 13, it started about seven months after menarche im 27 now. is there a cure i can try, besides birth control or NSAID'S??? Am now desperate, it interferes with my work and a whole lot of other things. have a pelvis ultrasound done and all seems normal..
