Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain

My son out a q tip in his ear when I saw him I quickly pulled it out. As soon as I pulled it out he screamed with so much pain holding his ear. He cried for a good 10 mins but kept holding his ear and pulling at it and leaning his head to one side if I touched it he cried and eventually wouldn't let me near it.
Now that I finally got him to sleep I have noticed abit of blood inside of his ear. Could he have raptured his ear drum
