Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain

I have swimmers ear and have been taking ear drops for 2 days now. Im awake right now because the pain is so unbarable that I am ready to call 911!! My jaw and teeth also hurts, I cant hear out of that ear... and all of a sudden now when I stretch my neck it hurts
