Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain

Hi, I have for the last few years, had in bouts very severe sharp shooting pains in my ear, and right side of head, last from 5 to 10 seconds, happens at any times day, night, awake or sleeping, i also have really sensitive skin around neck and right side of body and arms,
