Suggest Treatment For Severe Endomitriosis

I have severe endomitriosis and have taken mycrogynon 30 for 6 years with no problems, I was smoking 30 a day and got taken off mycrogynon 8 mnths ago due to this and being 36yrs old. Im on cerazette which isnt effective, I've now cut down to about 20 cigs a week, would I be able to go back onto mycrogynon 30?
