Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Tiredness Due To Early Menopause

I am 51 years old and went through early menopause,but lately in the last 6 months i have suffered from severe fatigue and tiredness and hot flushes. my weight is 72kgs and height is 5ft3ins. I am not on any medication but was a bit concerned as I have put on a stone in the last year. please help.
