Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue Caused After Accidents

hello my names is chali and really i dont now where to begin see over the past 4 years i have had apporx.. 5 -10 wrecks from a 1500ibs atv going about 50 or 60 mph to on top of me ..to being in a truck going 40 or 50 to hitting my face on the asphalt adding to everything my vary back top two teeth have lines of decay going under the gums and my vary back bottom two teeth are decaying hole's more my right thin left ...is all this casluing me to feel tired all the time ..is my broken at 23 please help me if you can.. i stay in side from 6am to 6pm sometimes and i dont know why...chali from texas
