Suggest Treatment For Severe Gastric Problem While Breast Feeding

I am a female of 33 years and having baby of one year old with breast feeding. I am suffering from severe gastric probem which becomes acute in the night and pain persists for two hours before relief. My doctor prescribed osenoprazle tablets which I have been taking for last two months, but yesterday night the same problem occurred. Can you suggest what to do ?
