Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall

I am 30 yr old lady. my problem is about hairloss. I lost almost 70% of my hair due to headaches, stress, now my hair is not growing back..and they look thin and lifeless,

i used to have very thick hair about 15 yrs back but now i have scanty hair plz suggest medication or remedy.. my thyroid test is normal, CBP blood test is also showed normal
