Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss Along With Dandruff

Hi to all, i am a 27 year old male and having hair fall problem from last more than 3 years. My hair are very dry and having regular dandruff. I have got two patches in front area of my head which is leading to a 'w' shape now. I consulted a doctor, he advised me to take 1 mg finax tablet and 1biotin per day and application of minoxidil 5% daily. He also advised me to use anti dandruff shampoo named dendal plus. But still i am not feeling any progress. Please suggest me any way to get ove this hair fall and dandruff problem.
