Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss And Dandruff

Hello doctor Good afternoon

Am Meena.S am suffering for Hair loss from past 5 years, am 25 yrs old single.

I tried much mediation, lotions tablets, oils but still no improvement still my hair counting going very less day by day. Am worrying like anything next few months i have my engagement i required good treatment. i need your suggestions... currently am using Pantene Pro 'V' shampoo alternate days I’ll take head bath even in the night times i apply coconut oil but my hairs are look like very rough, dry split ends and Dandruff

Please i need your suggestions.... Please help me....
