Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss On The Scalp

Hi i am an administrative professional in a corporate hospital. I am having hair fall problem from last 4-5 years. Now the condition is that one can easily see my middle scalp. I want my hairs back. What should i do? Can i prefer some treatment in any therapy of medicine?
