Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Hello I have hairloss at the front of my hair on the hairline and every few days I notice small yellow puss spots in the same area. My head is itchy and I have noticed bits of dandruff when I haven t experienced this before. I went to the doctors and after blood tests the only thing that came back was slightly low serum folate levels. What could this be?
