Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

I am 31 years old female. I have severe hair loss.

In the recent blood test,
Total wbc count=6400 cells/cumm [4000-10000]
Haemoglobin = 11.3 g/dl [ 12-15]
Rbc count=3.88 million/cmm [3.8-4.8]
Platelet count = 341000 cells/cumm [150000-400000]

As suggested by trichologist, I am taking tablets such as follihair in the morning and Essvital in the night.
I am applying minoxidil 5% topical solution to the scalp in the morning and Q-sera hair serum in the night.
I am using Silkworm conditioning shampoo. The ingredients of this shampoo contains Aqua, Sodium Lauryl Ethoxy Sulphate, Coco Amino Propyl Betaine, Polyquat-10, EDTA, Sodium Methyl Paraben, Sodium Propyl Paraben, Cyclomethicone, D-Panthenol, Biotin, Hydrolyzed Soya Protein, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Henna Extract, Silk Protein, Honey, Aloe Vera Extract, Benzyl Alcohol, 2-Phenoxy Ethanol, Colour, Fragrance.

In this shampoo, ingredients mainly contain parabens and sulphate. in the future, will parabens lead to breast cancer?? Is it safe to use this shampoo??

Is it safe to continue, to use above mentioned tablets, hair serum and shampoo??
Kindly advise.
