Suggest Treatment For Severe Hairfall In Women

I am 28 years old female.I had hair fall problem since 10 years.I also went to several skin specialist and used medicines and oils like hair for u 2% 5% as spescribed by them. But still having the same problem.there is a bald patch on front side of my head And my hair also became thin.please advise me what to do to get my hair back. Is it possible to grow back hair at bald patches.I am very worried about my hair please help me.
