Suggest Treatment For Severe Hairfall

my question about my hair falling last one months severe hare falling.i have small scale in my head. take medicine KERAMAX TABLET,AF-150[FLUCONAZOLE] weekly two tab,andCOVERIT-2%[topicalsolution]. Ihave throid problem also i take tab ELTROXIN 100MG.Ifeel with in one month i loss all my hair.doctor advice one injection inject in your head that scale place i very fear.what i do where i go take treatment pl. advice .If any grammar mistake is there sorry i know small amount of english only
