Suggest Treatment For Severe Hairfall

hello Doctor, i am 32 years old.. i am working in chennai...i am taking treatment for hair loss for the past 5months.. but no improvements... the hear fall is uniform across the head and body as well.. within in a year almost all hair gone... could you please suggest me to stop it.
